What can you do at home when you can’t go out?
With Netflix, you can still stream movies.
The streaming video giant said Thursday that its new streaming service, called Watch Instantly, will be available in about 120 cities on Tuesday.
But for the most part, Netflix customers can now only access the streaming video service via the app.
And for those who want to stream movies to their TV, they’ll need to buy a subscription to a subscription service like HBO Go or HBO Now.
The HBO app and HBO Now are free.
Watch Instant will be free to customers who sign up for the HBO Now and HBO Go subscriptions.
The subscription plans for HBO Go customers cost $15 a month and $35 a month, respectively.
The cheapest option for HBO Now subscribers costs $5 a month.
Netflix has long made it easy to stream content to your TV, and the company has launched new streaming services in recent years.
The service is also available to those who can’t stream to the Internet or have a slow internet connection.
For instance, in August, Netflix introduced a $9.99-a-month subscription to HBO Now, which offers streaming video on your phone or tablet for $9 a month or for an additional $15 to $30 a month depending on the region.
Netflix said its new subscription will provide an additional 10 million subscribers in the U.S. in the next year.
“We’re thrilled to be adding Watch Instants to the HBO family,” said Doug Camper, a Netflix spokesman.
“This will bring more choice for the majority of our customers, as well as giving them the ability to enjoy some of the most popular movies and TV shows on Netflix.”
Netflix is the largest U.K. internet service provider.
But while Netflix is making it easy for customers to stream their movies and shows, the streaming service still relies on content delivery networks like Comcast and Verizon to deliver streaming video to consumers’ homes.
Comcast is offering video streaming to consumers through its Xfinity TV service, which includes HBO Go.
Verizon is offering its XFinity TV app, which is also supported by HBO Go, as an option for customers without an HBO account.
Comcast also owns NBCUniversal, and it has had a deal with NBC to provide video streaming for NBCUniversal channels.
