The following quote was taken from an article written by Clint Eastwood, the author of The Dark Knight Rises, which was published on October 11, 2008.
“If you look at a lot of things, you don’t always have to look very far back.
In fact, there’s something about the way we are all raised, the way the world is structured, and the way that we think that things are, that’s what makes us the best of all time.”
In a previous interview with the BBC, Eastwood talked about the importance of learning to love the things you love.
“You know, a lot people who are really talented, you know, they don’t like to see their dreams come true.
You don’t love to see what you want to see happen,” he said.
“They’re not very interested in seeing that.
So it’s kind of hard for them to make it happen.”
